The FTC recently reached a settlement with AT&T regarding unauthorized third-party charges that were added to mobile phone bills for premium SMS services, like text message subscriptions for horoscopes, celebrity gossip, and flirting tips. You can submit a claim if you were an AT&T customer after January 1, 2009.
You could be eligible for a refund that AT&T had unauthorized third-party charges on your account. If you think you did, fill out this form by May 1, 2015.
